We know you’re all about the titles in Titles on Tap, but just in case you want a deeper exploration of what’s on tap, you’ll want to join us for a new and exciting collaboration between the Morrill Memorial Library and Castle Island Brewing Co. Over two consecutive Wednesday nights in November, we’ll have Books & Brews programs, first at the library (33 Walpole St in Norwood) and then at Castle Island Brewing Co. (31 Astor Ave in Norwood, just off of Route 1). Don’t forget to sign up for these programs before they fill up!
On Wed. November 9 at 6:30 pm, courtesy of Castle Island and the Friends of the Library, we’re hosting Lauren Clark, author of “Crafty Bastards: Beer in New England from the Mayflower to Modern Day.” Learn more about Lauren’s program here.
Then, on Wed. November 16 at 6:30 pm, we’ll all meet over at Castle Island Brewing Co for a tour and tasting, and to learn more about how Norwood’s hidden gem fits into the long, proud history of brewing in New England. Ages 21 and over are welcome at this event. Learn more about Books & Brews, Part 2 here.
